We have a team of quality analysts who ensure the quality of products from the input stage to the output stage. We source our fabric only from those vendors who are themselves conscious about quality. Our quality analysts check each garment at different stages of production, from cutting to fabrication.
We offer quality proven products to our customers that meet all the requirements of our clients. The quality assurance team vigilantly checks and assures the conformity to the highest specifications. Our ever lasting efforts include emphasizing on product enhancement and preventing defects.
The factory has introduced regular in-line quality checks to find and fix problems quicker. The in-line quality checks are conducted by the workers themselves, taking place every two hours under normal conditions and more frequently in the first hours of producing a new product. This allows corrective actions to be implemented promptly. In-line and end-of-line data collection forms have been developed, the relevant data is collected and root cause analysis is used to find causes and solutions for defects. As the actions were implemented the results were communicated to the workers by posting progress and achievements on the notice boards. At first, implementation was undertaken on one line only; as the beneficial impact could be evaluated the changes
